My wife is very fond of Mabel as Mabel has been very attentive to every requirement we had while looking for our new home. Even though I was quite skeptical in the beginning - as time went by I began to realize the efficiency and the professionalism Mabel had while doing her work. We had very limited time to look for a new home and also find a good lender )which frankly at first I thought were two unrealistic expectations) but Mabel Cal showed us that anything is possible if we put our mind & full attention to it. She listened to our concerns and provided thoughtful options. She made recommendations where needed. She was able to have our house on real estate websites in a matter of days. And although we had several offers via other realtors within a matter of days, she brought in the folks and the offer that we decided was in our best interests. We were able to accept that offer within 3 days of going live on the respective websites. She handled all the paperwork for us - which if you’ve bought a house before, you know that’s a lot of paper. During the relatively short time it took us to accept an offer, Mabel was in touch with me regularly to provide updates - which was much appreciated.
